Entrance and car parking
Our front entrance is tucked away at the corner of the building. There is usually a sign out directing you to the entry.
Turn off Batchelor St into the driveway by the Community Centre.

Our car parks are to the right immediately along the front of the medical centre and there is a dedicated mobility car park at the end of the row, closest to the entrance.

Public transport – how to get to us.
To travel to us by public transport use a Metlink bus. You can use the journey planner on the Metlink website metlink.org.nz/services/bus to plan your journey. The closest bus stops are:
- on the corner of Batchelor Street and Stewart Drive
- on Newlands Road near the supermarket.
Then it is a short walk to the medical centre.

Letting us know how to help you
Please share your needs with us and we will do our best to assist you. When you are booking your appointment please let our team member know or you can email us. Let us know if this is a one-off request or if you are likely to need assistance every time you come to see us.
Examples may include if you need us to call a taxi for you, if you need an interpreter, if you need a longer appointment (additional fees do apply), if you need to wait somewhere quieter, if you need the wheelchair while you are here, etc.
Low sensory space
We acknowledge that waiting rooms can be busy and noisy places. Some patients, eg those in emotional distress or with sensory impairments, may find this uncomfortable.
We unfortunately do not have a dedicated low-sensory space. However, if we have a room available we are happy for patients to wait in there away from the main waiting room – just let one of our receptionists know and we will see what we can arrange.
Alternatively, you are welcome to phone us from your car when you arrive, provide us your registration number, and wait in the car until your GP or team member is ready for you.
