Zero Tolerance Policy

Newlands Medical Centre has zero tolerance towards patients exhibiting bad behaviour and may result in their removal from the premises. We consider bad behaviour to be any personal, abusive or aggressive comments, cursing or swearing, physical contact or aggressive gestures.

All instances of physical abuse on any doctor or member of staff by a patient or their relatives will be reported to the police and dealt with accordingly.
