In an effort to help contain the spread of Covid-19 we were instructed yesterday to make changes to how we see patients, and to dramatically reduce the number of patients we see face-to-face.
From Monday 23rd March 2020 we will only be seeing patients in person when it is deemed clinically necessary by one of our doctors or nurses.
As at 1.00pm the Ministry of Health advise that there are 39 cases in NZ and todate all have been linked to overseas travel.

1. Our reception team will be asking you for the reason for your appointment when you phone to book. This helps us with our preparations to ensure we keep you, other patients, and our team safe. While we appreciate some matters may be sensitive we ask you to please answer their question if you can.

you should book with your usual doctor only. We reserve the right to contact you and reschedule bookings made with other doctors.
you cannot book on the day appointments online - please phone the medical centre to book for the same day.
