New patients welcome

We are currently accepting new patients living in Newlands, Paparangi, Woodridge, and Grenada Village.

As a new patient you will need to have a new patient check with one of our nurses or our paramedic (if aged 18yrs+) and your medical file needs to be reviewed to ensure any health issues are noted.

There is a fee for this which is invoiced at the time of enrolment:

🛑 Check Your Eligibility First

You can use our online enrolment form only if you are BOTH:

✔️ Eligible for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand

✔️ Entitled to enrol (e.g. staying in NZ for 6+ months)

If you don’t meet both criteria, you won’t be able to complete the online form.

1. Please apply manually (forms located at bottom of this page):
   • • Complete Enrolment Form + New Patient Questionnaire
     • Provide copy of Photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
     • Provide copy of Visa (if applicable)

Important: We cannot process your enrolment without all documents.

• Allow up to 10 days for your records to arrive from your previous practice
• If your appointment is not urgent, please wait until this is complete

We may have limited same-day appointments for visitors or family members of our patients.
