Enrol at our medical centre

New patients welcome – we are accepting new patients.

We are pleased to advise that we are accepting new patients who live in the Greater Wellington region:

Please complete the required forms (both the enrolment form and the new patient questionnaire) and return these to us with a copy of your photo ID (eg driver’s licence or passport).  Please include copies of any relevant visas if you are not a NZ citizen.

They can be returned in person to our receptionists or emailed to newlands@newlandsmedical.co.nz.

We cannot process your enrolment without all of the documentation.

Please note – it can take up to 10 days for your notes to arrive from your previous practice.  Unless urgent please defer your appointment to allow for this.
