New patients welcome – we are accepting new patients.

We are pleased to advise that we are accepting new patients who live in Newlands, Paparangi, Woodridge and Grenada Village.

 

🛑 Important Eligibility Notice

 Please read before proceeding:

This online enrolment form is only for individuals who are BOTH:

✔️ Eligible for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand
AND
✔️ Entitled to enrol with our practice (e.g. intending to be in New Zealand for 6+ months)

If you cannot tick both boxes on the enrolment form, you will not be able to complete the electronic form.

Not Eligible and/or Not Entitled – Please do not proceed with the online form.  Please complete the required manual forms below (both the enrolment form and the new patient questionnaire) and return these to us with a copy of your photo ID (eg driver’s licence or passport).  Please include copies of any relevant visas if you are not a NZ citizen.

They can be returned in person to our receptionists or emailed to newlands@newlandsmedical.co.nz.

We cannot process your enrolment without all of the documentation.

 

Please note – it can take up to 10 days for your notes to arrive from your previous practice.  Unless urgent please defer your appointment to allow for this.

 

Casual Patients

Occasionally we have capacity on the day to see patients who are not registered with us on a one-off basis, e.g. visitors or family members of our patients.

Please phone us on 04 478-9858 to check if we have capacity to see you.  If we do, you will then be asked to complete the online form and provide photo ID.

Please note – casual fees apply and payment is required at the time of your appointment.
